So i was thinking of upgrading. What is better in your opinion the Aromamizer or the Crius v3.
Looking for the best flavour in a RTA and great vapor production. I prefer a tight draw that a full airy draw. like most of the RDA's

Both are very good for flavor, had the aromamizer and now vaping on the Crius.

Crius has a nice deck and very easy to build on, not that the latter isn't but not as easy as the crius. either way you go, you wont be disappointed

Crius has adjustable air flow and the arom uses the bands(which i hated and never used)

Thats good to hear at least.
I wanted a big change as i the subtank mini v2 was nice while it lasted but not close to my magma. Need something closer to the magma.

The rubber bands is a turn off (but can grow on me or get a custom one) and the airflow is very different on the aromamizer and the cruis is about the same like all the others just has a velocity style deck.

    Tough choice.

I'd go Crius, also check the Griffen out.

Ok i checked all 3 and I'm going with the Aromamizer as its the most unique and very different. If i build vertical coils there is relatively plenty of space and the change of air flow might be refreshing.

Go have a look at some of the threads on all the tanks. I will reccomend the aroma to anyone but I love mine. If you use the stock tip then the airflow isnt that overwhelming but it has loads of airflow - more than you might imagine. Even when you close two airflow holes, there is still a lot of airflow. I prefer it with all four open, and my delrin tip. Aka loads of airflow.

Aromamizer needs to be wicked just right to be awesome. Flavor on any tank is always subjective.
The Crius and Griffin are more forgiving to wick right.
Out of those 2 I would personally go Griffin as it has a bigger build deck, can even put vertical coils in no problem.
You won't go wrong with any of these great tanks.

Thanks for all the info. The pros and cons are interesting.

I ordered myself an Aromamizer. Seems the best except for the no top fill.

Can be removed completely....and even if you do use it (I use the 2 airflow one - for improved flavour) it doubles as a vape band to protect the glass :)

Might just be my unique self but I find the aromamizer a much easier build then the Crius.

So i got my Aromamizer about 3 hours a go and built a dual vertical coil 24g 7 wraps comes to 0.31ohm firing with 60watts on my RX200 and i must say this thing is awesome so far.
It produces dense vapour with awesome flavour (Well compared to the subtank mini v2).

I can see why some people might be put off some stuff.
Horizontal builds don't seem like they going to work well in this deck or fit but if you put all your normal horizontal builds vertically there is a nice a mount of space.
The rubber band doesn't actually seem to bother me (using the 2 hole band), as everything is black it looks ok.

But its worth every cent so far and as long as you wick it right you will be in awe of this tank.

Great stuff! Glad you're enjoying the mizer.
To be honest any of these 3 tanks you mentioned is in a different league from the subtank.
It will only get better the more time you spend with it.
Yes you will struggle with some of the big coils in it horizontally.

One Suggestion though if you are going to use all 4 air holes. Loosing the tank just a very little so that all the air holes face on the coils. Will help with high wattage builds.
But i will be sticking to the 2 hole option. more than enough air flow.

Yes all 4 holes open for most people is too much air flow.
Even with just the 2 holes it will manage 'hot' coils quite well.

Really glad you like it. its still my personal tank of choice though I don't do vertical coils on it.

Seeing as everyone is saying the verts are better Ill give it a third go and see if its a case of third time luck

I agree with you that the vertical coils are normally crap like these ones.

But on the Aromamizer due to the air holes coming from the side and not from the bottom they work the best, as its cooling the coils much better than if they were horizontal.
Its like a vortex or a tornado is created inside with less friction due to the vertical coils. were as with the horizontal coils the wick is restricting the cyclone like flow.
